Nursing is STEM is a national coalition founded in 2023 aimed at having the academic and professional discipline adopted broadly by educators, policy makers, healthcare providers, and the public domain as STEM designated to accelerate the growth of the professional workforce. Nursing is deeply rooted in science, math, and technology. Nurses are at the forefront of innovation and essential to the future of public health. Nursing is STEM and it's time for proper recognition.
