Additionally ANA has:

Well-Being Initiative.  This contains free well-being tools and resources that are open to everyone.  It includes apps, narrative expressive writing, podcasts, stress self-assessment, and more.

Additionally, ANA's Nurse Suicide Prevention/Resilience webpages give nurses the latest research on nurse suicide and prevention, as well as how to get the help they need when facing a mental health crisis, both for themselves and others.  Grief, bereavement, healing, and suicide attempt survivor resources are also provided.  This is an open website, accessible to all.

Finally, Healthy Nurse, Healthy Nation (HNHN), a free nurse wellness program open to everyone, is offering a happiness challenge in June.  As a reminder, HNHN offers monthly challenges, a health survey, discussion boards, social media, and more for nurses and nursing students based on five domains:  quality of life, nutrition, rest, physical activity, and safety.

Have a great Month Nurses - you are amazing
