Register for ANA's IPC Fundamentals ECHO

ANA invites nurses to sign up for our inaugural ANA IPC Fundamentals ECHO, a FREE tele-mentoring and scenario based learning program. ANA ECHO is part of  Project Firstline - a collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Project ECHO to educate frontline healthcare workers about all aspects of infection prevention and control (IPC). Spring/Summer ANA IPC Fundamentals ECHO will include:

  • Eight interactive one-hour sessions from March - July 2021
  • Virtually delivered by diverse, engaging and expert faculty from AACN, APIC, CDC and WSNA
  • Short lecture on an IPC topic
  • Case presentation and discussion

Background

Project Firstline is a collaborative effort led by the CDC which brings together diverse health care and public health organizations to provide infection control training to the more than six million healthcare professionals in the United States. The ANA is partnering with the CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics on this initiative.
