Join us Friday, November 2, 2018, 8 AM to 3:30 PM at the Shelburne Museum, Pizzagalli Center for Art and Education for a day of presentations and networking. Registration includes continental breakfast, lunch and free admission to the museum.

Students admitted for FREE after 2 PM.  Students are welcome to join us to hear remarks at 2 PM from Governor Phil Scott followed by an End-of-Life Care panel discussion.

The continuing education program provides up to 4.5 hours of Continuing Education time available if you attend all sessions on Novemeber 2, 2018.
