Offered By: American Nurses Association Massachusetts (https://www.anamass.org/) in partnership with American Nurses Association-Vermont (https://anavermont.nursingnetwork.com/) and the Massachusetts Association of Advanced Practice Psychiatric Nurses (https://maappn.com/).

Facilitated By: Lumunos Wellbeing (https://www.lumunoswellbeing.org/)

Description: This is an unprecedented time to be a nurse, with unprecedented stressors.  This is not the time to go at it alone.  There is a source of strength, stress reduction, and renewal available uniquely to nurses, and that source is you, and each other. Sometimes you just need to talk with others who understand and who are working alongside you in this pandemic.  Each session will include real time resiliency practices, as well as time to talk with others about what you are experiencing in this time of crisis. These huddles are a safe space for you to call in to give and receive support to your nursing colleagues around the state and discover the resiliency that is within each of us.

These sessions will be facilitated by David Specht, a highly experienced Lumunos Wellbeing facilitator with expertise in emergency crisis scenarios and providing support to providers working in these circumstances.

These sessions are free to attend, and you do not need to be an ANAMASS member. (This service is unaffiliated with any healthcare system.)
